La Tierna offers spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designed for modern living. Each home features an open layout, premium finishes, stainless steel appliances, and full-size in-unit washers and dryers. High ceilings and large windows fill your home with natural light, while select floorplans showcase Hill Country views.
While La Tierna does not directly provide furnished apartments, residents have the option to lease fully furnished homes through our third party partner. This partnership offers flexibility for both short- and long-term stays without the hassle of moving furniture. Reach out to the leasing staff for more information.
High-speed internet is provided through Astound, ensuring fast, reliable connectivity throughout the community. This allows residents to easily work from home, stream entertainment, or stay connected.

Leasing & Application Process

At this time, we offer standard lease terms only. These longer leases allow residents to fully enjoy the community’s amenities and experience the best of luxury living in San Antonio.
Your monthly rent covers your apartment home. Utilities are billed separately based on usage, giving you control over your monthly expenses. A $100 Resident Service Fee covers trash, pest control, and technology services, helping maintain a clean, connected, and well-cared-for community. Rent payments can be made quickly and securely online through the resident portal. Accepted payment methods include ACH transfers, debit cards, and credit cards. Residents can also set up automatic payments for added convenience and peace of mind.

Pet Policy

Yes. La Tierna is a pet-friendly community that welcomes both cats and dogs. Your furry friends will love the open spaces, walking paths, and pet-friendly amenities designed just for them. Our community features an on-site dog wash station and a fenced dog park for playtime and exercise. In addition to onsite amenities, Bamberger Nature Park offers additional walking trails for outdoor adventures with your pet.

Residents may have up to two pets with a combined weight limit of 100 pounds. Restricted breeds include Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Siberian Husky, Bullmastiff, Shar-Pei, Wolf hybrids, and any mixes of these breeds.
Yes. Service animals are welcome in accordance with federal fair housing laws. Our leasing staff would be happy to answer any questions you have in regard to service animals.
